§ 35-29.8. Drainage channel adjacent to subdivision or lot.

(a)

In an area where a subdivision or lot is adjacent to a drainage channel, responsibility for drainage originating on-site and off-site, shall be identical to the requirements of sections 35-29.1 and 35-29.2.
