§ 13-14. Food from outside.

No owner, operator, administrator, director, or staff member of any childcare facility shall allow any food for the children into the facility that is from a food products establishment that is not in compliance with chapter 18 of the Code of Civil and Criminal Ordinances of the city. It is an affirmative defense to this section that the food was brought to the facility by a person related to a child in care.
