§ 13-15. Tuberculosis testing.

(a)

Each full and part-time staff member who works in a childcare facility shall have evidence of a test indicating freedom from tuberculosis on the first day he or she comes into a childcare facility and annually thereafter.

(b)

Each childcare facility administrator shall keep the documents required by this section on file at the childcare facility and shall make them available to city personnel on demand.
