§ 21-36. Unauthorized use of siren.

It shall be the duty of the chief of police and all persons acting under him to seize any siren which is being operated contrary to the provisions of this chapter or state laws. He may order the same or the magistrate may order such siren to be held in evidence in the trial of such case.
