§ 21-39. Vehicles to be constructed to prevent contents from leaking.

Latest version.

No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any street unless such vehicle is so constructed or loaded as to prevent contents from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping therefrom.
