(b)
"Traffic control signals" as used in this section shall include:
(1)
Devices exhibiting different colored lights, lighted arrows or combinations thereof.
(2)
Devices exhibiting an illuminated red or yellow flashing signal.
(c)
The city traffic engineer is authorized to cause the installation or removal of traffic-control signals as they are added or deleted by ordinance.
(d)
Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this section shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
