§ 21-93.1. U-turns prohibited at certain locations.

(a)

No driver of any vehicle shall make a U-turn or turn said vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction at the following location:

(b)

The city manager is authorized to place the appropriate signs at said locations as to be clearly visible to the traveling public.

(c)

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this section shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
