Yield right-of-way signs at the intersections enumerated in the following list are hereby ordered to be erected and are hereby validated and fully authorized. All streets located in the column under the word "On" are the streets on which yield right-of-way signs are ordered and authorized at their intersections with the street listed on the same line and in the column immediately to the right, headed by the word "At":
