§ 21-146. City traffic engineer to designate public carrier stands.

  • The city traffic engineer is hereby authorized and required to establish bus stops and taxicab stands and stands for other passenger common-carrier motor vehicles on such public streets in such places fit and convenient to the public, and every such bus stop, taxicab stand or other stand shall be designated by appropriate signs.

Ord. No. 4727, §§ 1—3, adopted July 18, 1985, which purported to amend the Code by adding §§ 21-190—21-192, has been treated as amendatory of §§ 21-146—21-148. The aforementioned ordinance was concerned with bus stops.
