§ 25-1.13. Ordinances applicable to all city-controlled parks.

All ordinances of the City of Irving shall be effective within parks controlled by the City of Irving, whether the park is within or outside of the corporate limits of the City of Irving. The Municipal Court of the City of Irving shall have jurisdiction to hear cases arising within parks controlled by the City of Irving whether the park is within or outside of the corporate limits of the City of Irving where the offense is punishable by a fine only, not to exceed the amounts established by state law for municipal court jurisdiction.
