§ 25-1.3. Fees for use of natatorium, Heritage Aquatic Center, Cimarron Family Aquatic Center and West Irving Aquatic Center.

Open public swim fees for the natatorium and the Heritage Aquatic Center shall be as follows:

Per visit:

Adults (18 years—50 years) ..... $1.50

Youth (4 years—17 years) ..... 1.00

3.

Toddlers (3 years and under) ..... Free

b.

Annual pass (12 month period beginning September 1)

Adults (18 years—50 years) ..... 65.00

2.

Youth (4 years—17 years) ..... 40.00

3.

Family (up to 6 family members within same household) ..... 125.00

c.

Annual passes shall be prorated on a quarterly basis as set forth below but such passes shall not be purchased on a quarterly basis:

The fees for use of the natatorium/Heritage Aquatic Center are waived for senior citizens 50+ years of age. The waiver for senior citizens 50+ is pertinent to the fee schedule for open/public swim only. The waiver does not apply to fees associated with structured aquatic classes and/or programs.

Fees for the Cimarron Family Aquatic Center and West Irving Aquatic Center shall be as follows:

Non-Resident (any age) ..... 8.00

Seasonal pass (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)

Family (up to 6 family members within same household) ..... 100.00

c.

Seasonal passes purchased for Cimarron Family Aquatic Center and West Irving Aquatic Center do not apply to other City of Irving aquatic facilities.

d.

The fees for use of the Cimarron Family Aquatic Center and West Irving Aquatic Center are waived for senior citizens 55+ years of age. The waiver for senior citizens 55+ is pertinent to the fee schedule for open/public swim only. The waiver does not apply to fees associated with structured aquatic classes and/or programs.

e.

Passes purchased for Cimarron Family Aquatic Center or West Irving Aquatic Center allow entrance at either facility.
