§ 25-1.9. Animals.

(a)

Animals are prohibited in sanitary facilities or other areas so designated by the parks and recreation department.

(b)

Animal waste shall be removed by the person attending the animal.

(c)

It shall be an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that the animal was properly trained and assisting a person with disabilities (such as a seeing-eye dog).
