§ 2-2.3. Annual audit.

(a)

The city does hereby authorize city staff to prepare an annual audit plan and to carry out any audits identified as necessary by that plan.

(b)

The city authorizes city staff to carry out audits, reviews, investigations, and other audit-related work, as may become necessary even if not identified in the annual audit plan.

(c)

The audit working papers prepared in the course of said audits, reviews, investigations, and other audit-related work shall not be subject to public disclosure.
