§ 2-2.2. Waiver of provisions of Article III, Section 8(c) of charter.

Neither the mayor, any city councilman, the city manager, city secretary, city attorney nor any other officer or employee of the City of Irving nor any employee of any firm, corporation or association employed by the City of Irving nor any firm, corporation or association employed by the City of Irving shall have authority to waive any of the provisions of Section 8(c) of Article III of the city charter of the City of Irving, Texas.
