§ 34-4. Same—Report by city engineer.

The city engineer shall file a report with the city council, stating his approval or disapproval as to the issuance of any permit required by section 34-3 based upon public necessity and use of the area. If his report recommends the granting of a permit, he shall at the same time state the yearly charge required by this article for the right and privilege granted. Such permit shall be subject to all of the applicable provisions of this article.
