§ 34A-2. Construction; governing law; venue.

This chapter shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the City Charter and City Code to the extent that such Charter and Codes are not in conflict with or in violation of the Constitution and laws of the United States or the State of Texas. All obligations of the parties hereunder are performable in Dallas County, Texas.

All provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all persons involved with the right-of-way, all work performed therein, any facilities maintained therein or any other matter as applicable.
