The maximum rate to be charged by SuperShuttle DFW, Inc., for the first passenger in each party picked up and the maximum rate per additional passenger in each party picked up in Irving and delivered to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas Love Field Airport from and after March 30, 1989, shall be as set forth below:
