§ 43-10. Information required to be furnished to chief of police by holder of massaginist license.

  • Holders of a massaginist's license from the city shall be required to furnish the chief of police the following:

    (a)

    On an annual basis a valid current health certificate certifying that such massaginist has been examined and is free from infectious or communicable disease.

    (b)

    Within seven (7) days from the occurrence any change in the license holder's principal place of business or the leaving or entering of the employ of any massage establishment and the name and address thereof.

    (c)

    Within seven (7) days from the occurrence of any final conviction in any court of license holder of sodomy, procuring, pandering, keeping a bawdy house, keeping an assignation house, engaging in prostitution, engaging in assignation or of any offense contained in Sections 43.02 through and including 43.05 of the Texas Penal Code of 1974.
