Chapter 43. MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 43-13. Grounds for suspension of massaginist license.

Any massaginist license shall be revoked upon final conviction in any court for sodomy, procuring, pandering, keeping a bawdy house, keeping an assignation house, engaging in prostitution, engaging in assignation or any offense contained in Sections 43.02 through and including 43.05 of the Texas Penal Code of 1974.
