§ 43-14. Duration of license suspension generally; continuation of suspension.

Except as otherwise provided in section 43-13 herein any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be suspended for a period of not more than ninety (90) days for the operation of a massage establishment or administration of a massage in violation of any provisions of this chapter; providing, that if any violation is a continuing violation the period of suspension shall be extended during the continuance of such violation and if not cured within a ninety-day period of suspension the license shall be revoked.
