Chapter 44. COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT MACHINES, AMUSEMENT CENTERS AND AMUSEMENT STORES

§ 44-15. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating a provision of this chapter, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
