Chapter 44. COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT MACHINES, AMUSEMENT CENTERS AND AMUSEMENT STORES

§ 44-14. Time limitation for compliance with chapter.

Those persons operating amusement centers or amusement stores are granted three (3) weeks from October 20, 1983, to comply with the licensing or permitting provision contained herein; however, all other provisions contained herein shall become effective from and after the date the ordinance from which this chapter derives has been published as required by law.
