Chapter 44. COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT MACHINES, AMUSEMENT CENTERS AND AMUSEMENT STORES

§ 44-2. License or permit required.

(1)

No person shall operate an amusement center in the City of Irving without first obtaining a license from the chief of police.

(2)

No person shall operate an amusement store without first obtaining a permit from the chief of police.
