§ 52-15. Payment agreements.

  • A customer may enter into a payment agreement with the city no more than two (2) times per calendar year. This agreement provides for payment installments to be made against the customer's account for up to three (3) months, unless otherwise authorized by the water utilities director or designee and is subject to interest charges of six (6) percent. If the customer fails to meet the terms of the payment agreement, water service will be discontinued and will not be restored until the past due amount plus other applicable charges are paid in full.
