§ 6-24. Duty of person knowing of animals exhibiting symptoms of rabies to report to animal services manager.

  • If an animal is infected with rabies or suspected of being infected with rabies or has been bitten by an animal known or suspected of being infected with rabies, the owner or harborer of the animal or any person having knowledge of it shall immediately notify the animal services manager.
