§ 6-30.2. Dangerous animal report.

  • (a)

    The animal services manager may receive a report concerning a dangerous animal. Such report and supporting witness statements shall be in writing and sworn to on a form prescribed by the animal services manager.

    (b)

    The animal services manager shall investigate all reports filed under this section and may issue sworn reports based on the animal services manager's investigation or observation.
