§ 9A-3. Application for permit; contents.

Any person, firm, corporation or partnership desiring to erect or display Christmas decorations on or across public property shall file an application with the building inspector and said application shall contain the following information:
(a)

Name, address, and telephone number of the applicant.

(b)

Location or locations of Christmas display site or sites.

(c)

Description of the Christmas display.

(d)

Length of time display shall be located on or across public property.
