§ 40-2. Compliance with chapter by facilities existing on February 13, 1964.

Each new car and used car lot or place of business for the sale of any used or new cars, automobiles, trucks or other motor vehicles existing in the city on February 13, 1964 shall conform to the standards set forth in this chapter within one year from such date.
