§ 52-82. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this ordinance shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than one dollars ($1.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), and each day any violation or noncompliance continues, shall constitute a separate offense.
