§ 33B-7. Penalty.

In addition to any of the above provisions, any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of section 33B-1, section 33B-2, section 33B-3, section 33B-4, section 33B-5 or section 33B-6 of this chapter shall be fined upon conviction not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
