§ 34-11. When fees due and payable; effect of failure to pay fees.

The fees or charges required by this article shall be paid each year in advance on January 1. Failure to pay such fees or charges after the lapse of ten (10) days from the receipt of notice from the city council shall operate as an absolute forfeiture of the rights granted under this article.
