Chapter 44. COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT MACHINES, AMUSEMENT CENTERS AND AMUSEMENT STORES

§ 44-12. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on premises prohibited; sign to be posted.

(1)

A person commits an offense if he or she possesses or consumes alcoholic beverages on the premises of an amusement center.

(2)

The licensee or operator shall post a sign upon the premises to read: "It is unlawful for any person to possess or consume alcoholic beverages on these premises."
