§ 44-4. Fee; expiration; refund of fee.

The processing fee for an amusement center license or amusement store permit is seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) yearly for each coin-operated amusement machine located in the center or store, and there shall be no proration of said fee. Amusement center licenses and amusement store permits expire one year from the date of issuance. The fee for issuing a replacement license or permit for one lost, destroyed or mutilated is two dollars ($2.00). The fee is payable to the City of Irving department of finance upon approval of the license or permit by the chief of police. No refund of fees will be made.
